FROM ABIGAIL TO ZOE: ACT 1 (2007)
A short film chronicling the testimonies and relationship of twin sisters,
Abigail and Zoe. Each could not be more different from the other, yet their
bond as sisters remain.
WEST SIDE STORY (2006)
A stage to screen adaptation of the classic Romeo and Juliet story updated
to 1950's New York. A show stopping cast with an amazing musical score,
combined with energetic camera work and editing. If one has never seen
the play and only the movie, it will make you smile, cry and fall in love in a
whole new way.
ELEMENTARY ANTICS (2006)
Documentary short showing a day in the life of a bunch of 4th graders.
Hilarious and shocking, as kids play games, spread rumors, tell jokes and
harass their fellow classmates.
RICHARD CHAMBERLIN'S MEMORIAL (2006)
Touching memory piece of the great teacher and coach, who for 45 years
taught at Pacific Grove High School, until he was hit one night by an elderly
man driving a car. Thousands of people attended the memorial service and
praised the man for the life he gave to both his students and the community.
DANCE RECITAL (2005)
Sixty high school girls prepare for the year's end recital. Several rehearsals
are shown to trace the beginnings of a routine to the big night.
RED RIBBON WEEK (2005)
High schoolers pledge to be drug and alcohol free for one week and
the school is decorated with red ribbons to show the unity of the student
body.
SHOE GAME (2005)
The undefeated football team gets ready to play against their rival school
as the other students in their school go about their lives, not aware of
the heightening anticipation of the big game.
RALLY (2005)
High schoolers show their school spirit in true form.
IT'S MY PARTY... AND I'LL DIE IF I WANT TO (2005)
A young woman is thrown a party after a break up with her boyfriend and
this leads to drama, horror and tragedy for everyone involved.
YEAH, I'LL HANG ON (1996)
A self hating 18 year old girl eagerly awaits for her abusive boyfriend to
talk with her on the phone.
HOLLOW ETERNITY (1996)
A girl reexamines her life and discovers that everyone, from her ex
boyfriends, older sister and best friends have been using her and
perhaps conspiring against her to drive her insane.
SADIE HAWKINS '96 (1996)
A view of the infamous dance in high school from the perspective that
these kids have no idea how well they have it.
I WAS A MURDERING TEENAGE LESBIAN (1995)
Based on a true story, a high school girl prepares to kill another young
girl who lives in her town. (This was a condensed version of the story
that led me to write my award winning screenplay: Four Girls and a
Funeral, a complete recount of the story based off my interviews with the
real girls in prison.)
SORORITY SLUMBER MASSACRE (1995)
A spoof of those 1980's slasher movies, only these girls are armed with
Capri Suns and Pound Puppy slippers.
PARANOIA (1994)
A girl wishes to be held by her boyfriend and feel safe but all she feels
is troubled and sick.
LA LA LA (1994)
A troubled relationship for a boy and girl is shown as the film moves
back and forward in time, till it does not matter when or where
something happened, but rather the feeling of unease one may feel
when life bunches together and feel wrong.
CHAMBERMAIDS OF THE VAMPYR (1994)
Three vampire women search for the blood of young men on behalf of
their master and their desires.
SADIE HAWKINS (1994)
The dance in which girls invite the boys is shown to be nothing more
than a horror show of smoke, mirrors and false smiles.
LETS HANG ON (1993)
Details a class of seniors before they graduate high school. Combines
footage from middle school through high school to show how much
they have grown or fallen behind.
THE REVELATION (1993)
A young woman is confronted by a dark angel who positions himself on
her staircase and allows her to see her surreal life for what it is: a
nightmare with the possibility for love.
THE CANDLE OF LIFE (1992)
A depressed girl sits in her darkened living room contemplating suicide.
JIM TAKES P.G.M.S. (1990)
A tough middle school boy discovers that his classmates have been
spreading rumors about him and so he challenges the entire school to
a knockdown brawl.
